Refund policy

At the Seresto® Store, you may return eligible products within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the Seresto® product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition, unless it is faulty or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Refund Processing

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us through the returns form or reach out to customer care within the 14-day return period.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement or card account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, Seresto® products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

The 14-day cooling-off period is calculated in working days, beginning from the date of delivery.
